The aim of the school curriculum is to provide a good all round education to the children. The subjects taught in classes are English, Hindi, Tibetan, Nepali, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, History, Geography, Moral Science, Computer Studies, Health Education, General Knowledge, Songs, Environmental Studies and Physical Training.

ENGLISH is the medium of instruction as well as the working language in and around the school campus. We request the parents and the guardians to instill into their son/ daughter / ward the need to converse in English so as to comprehend their lessons effectively.

Besides the prescribed curriculum for various classes, one outstanding feature of this school is the full fledged Montessori Method of educating the children in the age group of 3 to 5 years.

It is considered one of the best systems of educating the tender children in a play-way method which creates interest and enthusiasm in them to develop their own potentials and lead them to independence. The school provides all the teaching aids necessary for the Montessori system.

A three language formula is followed by the school. Besides English (compulsory), two other languages Nepali/Tibetan/Hindi may be taken as optional languages.

To develop their talent and self-expression, children are encouraged to actively participate in co-curricular activities such as debate, elocution, quiz, dance, drama, painting, music, and outdoor activities like games and sports, nature walk, hiking and trekking.

These not only give the children the opportunity to realize their own talents but contribute to the development of a truly well balanced and integrated personality. The maxim "a healthy mind in a healthy body" has been the ideal of the school.

Two major examinations will be held during the year, each at the end of the First Term and Annual Examinations at the end of the academic year. The pass marks for each subject in all the school examinations is 40%. Progress Reports are given to the students to be shown to their parents and guardians and to be countersigned by them.

Besides the Terminal Examinations, Unit Tests will be held at the end of every term. Performance of a student throughout the whole year will be taken into account in tabulating the promotion of a student. Please note that there is no system of re-examination for students who have been absent from any Unit Test or Term Test.Any student found using unfair means will be debarred from the remainder of the examination and the entire examination will be treated as cancelled or failed.
